Terms of Use — InspectPro

1 · Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InspectPro ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this system.

These terms apply to all users including administrators, supervisors, inspectors, and applicants accessing the system on behalf of a registered organization.

2 · Authorized Use

InspectPro is provided exclusively for authorized organizational use. You agree to:

Use the system only for its intended purpose of inspection management and regulatory compliance
Not share your login credentials with any other person
Not attempt to access areas of the system beyond your assigned role and permissions
Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to your system administrator immediately
Comply with all applicable laws and your organization's internal policies

3 · Data Accuracy & Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system, including inspection findings, violation records, facility information, and supporting documentation.

Intentional falsification of inspection records or regulatory data may result in disciplinary action, account termination, and potential legal consequences under applicable laws.

4 · Intellectual Property

InspectPro and all associated software, designs, documentation, and workflows are the intellectual property of egabi Solutions. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this system without prior written consent from egabi Solutions.

5 · System Availability

egabi Solutions strives to maintain high system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

egabi Solutions shall not be liable for any losses resulting from system unavailability, data delays, or technical errors outside of agreed service level commitments.

6 · Account Termination

egabi Solutions and your organization's administrators reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misuses the system, or poses a security risk — without prior notice.

7 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, egabi Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this system.

8 · Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
